A plant based coffee creamer is a great way to enjoy your morning coffee without the animal fats. Eliminating dairy can help you lower cholesterol, lower weight, and is better for the environment. So enjoy your morning cup of coffee knowing you are doing the best thing for your health and environment with this non-dairy creamer.

We like using raw cashews (instead of roasted and salted) so you don’t consumer more salt than you need. Try these Raw Cashews if you can’t find any at your local store.

A Vitamix (or other high-powered blender) will work best to properly grind the cashews. If you do not have a Vitamix though, you can boil the cashews in a cup of water for about 10 minutes to soften them. Then, the cashews will easily blend with the other ingredients.
